Luzenac Description & Applications Luzenac is produced using a new delaminating process developed by Imerys Talc. Luzenac HAR® T84 is much more lamellar than other conventionally micronized grades and provides improved mechanical properties when compounded in polypropylene. Higher flexural modulus and HDT, better dimensional stability (low CLTE, shrinkage) are obtained versus conventional talcs, without impairing ductility of the moulded parts.
Luzenac A10X is a highly pure, very white, extreamly platy talc. With its very fine grind, it is recommended as an anityblocking agent in LDPE and LLDPE.
