Luzenac
Description & Applications
Luzenac is produced using a new delaminating process developed by Imerys Talc. Luzenac HAR® T84 is much more lamellar than other conventionally micronized grades and provides improved mechanical properties when compounded in polypropylene. Higher flexural modulus and HDT, better dimensional stability (low CLTE, shrinkage) are obtained versus conventional talcs, without impairing ductility of the moulded parts.
