Responsibilities :
- Develop personnel development and organizational development work to keep up with the company’s business plan.
- Develop training and educational materials for current staff and new hires, including visual aids, multimedia tools, training booklets and more.
- Working closely with team leaders and HR supporting team to enhance operation excellence by building the quality and quantity of HR initiative.
- Participate in designing and planning training and development (Training, Development Roadmap, IDP Career Path, Succession Plan&Promotion, Employee Engagement & Activities, OD) according to the needs of the business unit. To increase the capabilities of employees.
- Conduct orientation for new employees.
- Providing advice to team leaders by partnering on moderately complex HR processes and procedures.
- Maintains Training Legal requirements completed accurately and timely.
- Create and manage training budgets.
- Design, plan and implement as company’s employee engagement programs, policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher Human resource development, business administration, social sciences, psychology or other fields related.
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in OD, HRD.
- Strong knowledge of human resource development and event management tools.
- Be creative Have a can-do attitude have human relations Have a love for service and work as a team.
- Have interpersonal skills, communication, presentation and relationship building.
- Have a good personality, reliable, agile, and enthusiastic about work, quick response, open your mind to learn and develop yourself all the time.
