Responsibilities :
  • To handle Recruitment, ER, Training, Benefits, Welfare and related job assignment.
  • Take care all process about recruitment & selection.
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
  • Administer onboarding program for new employee.
  • Design and update job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates from various channels.
  • Interview candidates following company’s rules and regulations.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Age 28-35 years
  • Have working experience at least 3 years about Recruitment.
  • Have an experience in Training and Employee relation will be specially consideration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good personality, service mind, result-oriented and independent and self-motivated.
