HR Officer (Recruitment)

Responsibilities :
• Handle all recruitment process (sourcing, advertising, running selection process, interviewing and offering)
• Maintaining and updating information for online channel (Facebook, Line, Website, etc.)
• Handle legal contracts and agreements.
• Update and prepare recruitment report.
• Provide and support HR’s activities and other projects as assigned.
• Support other administrative tasks related with office work.

Qualifications :
• Age 24-30 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Organization Psychology, Political Sciences, Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 2 year experiences in HR functions.
• Pleasant personality, good human relationship, good coordination and problem solving.
• High responsibilities and can work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Open-minded to learn new tasks and proactive.
