HR Manager

Responsibilities :
• Responsible in HRM for manpower planning, recruitment, administrative and strong in payroll, bonus process.
• Responsible in HRD for Training and clearly BSC, KPI, IDP, Talent management, competency and performance management process.
• Responsible in General Affair (GA).
• Providing advice and guidance on HR and other matters.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to give the solution for specific human resources management and solve issue raised from each function.
• Implement, or review, company rules and regulations.
• Preparing reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters for line manager and company.
• Supporting the implementation of HR projects (For example; Employee relations, Training, Learning and Development)

Qualifications :
• At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or related fields.
• Male/ Female, age 35-40
• At least 10 years’ experience in HRM & HRD
• Strong talent management, leadership development, performance management, and org dev. experience.
• Friendly, open-minded, self-driven, dynamic, proactive and result-oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai and English (TOEIC score over 500).
